Returns Policy
We want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from 2t fruitti.
However we can only accept returned items up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Should you wish to return an item to us you should contact us. for advice on how to return goods to us.
If your wish to return a handmade item that is not faulty the deposit my be retained.
We recommend that any returned items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery and some insurance of the goods whilst they are being transported.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we apologize as we are unable to accept the return of earrings. Please contact us for advice.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds can only be made to the card used to purchase the item.
